Possibly the most important thing you can do

It is well known that CAFO's contaminate surface and drinking water, pollute the air, reduce property values, reduce quality of life, and contribute little to the local economy. Attending the Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings may be the most important steps that you can take to prevent this CAFO and possibly others from damaging everything that is great about Steuben County. Please encourage your friends and neighbors to attend as well.

The Plan Commission meeting is still on for Wednesday, May 6th at 7:00pm in the Multipurpose room in the basement of the Steuben County Community Center. The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) meeting is at 6:00pm on May 11th. The BZA meeting will be held in the auditorium of the Steuben County Community Center (317 S. Wayne St., Angola).
